The museum is open May 15th through October 15th • Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Museum is located in Hot Springs, SD, easily accessed from Highways 79, 385, or 18. Minutes from The Mammoth Site, Evans Plunge, Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, Mount Rushmore and many other wonderful Black Hills attractions.

Pioneer Museum in Hot Springs is the museum on top of the hill in the center of town. Coming in from 385N go south and follow the curve around, it's on your left. Coming in from 385S, go north traffic light, it's straight ahead! Coming in from Hwy 18, go East to traffic light, turn left, it's straight ahead!
